Best Delta 8 Fall Dessert Recipes of 2024

Now that fall has arrived, a lot of us are looking forward to cooking and baking our favorite fall treats.  The flavors of fall, like rich pumpkin, warm spices and seasonal herbs never fail to comfort us when the weather gets chilly.  If you’re looking to take your fall baking and cooking to the next level, try incorporating our delta 8 oil into your favorite recipes, like the ones below.

Note: Because our Delta 8 THC Tincture is psychoactive, we recommend that you choose the lowest milligram strength (1000mg) option unless you have a high tolerance to its properties as a regular, experienced user.

Pumpkin and Chocolate Chip Cookies

We love cookies at any time of year, but these particular cookies are extremely festive thanks to the addition of delicious pumpkin that gives them a fall flair.

Ingredients:

  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar
  • 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract, divided
  • 3 droppers of Binoid Delta 8 Tincture
  • 1 ½ cups chocolate chips

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 350° F.
  2. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  3. Into a medium mixing bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
  4. Into a larger mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy.
  5. Then, add the pumpkin puree and the egg.
  6. Beat until smooth.
  7. Add the vanilla extract along with the delta 8 oil.
  8. Slowly pour the flour mixture into the mixture containing the wet ingredients while beating, until a dough forms.
  9. Then, gently fold in the chocolate chips.
  10. Scoop one tablespoon of dough out at a time and roll it into a ball.
  11. Place each ball onto your baking sheets, 2 inches apart.
  12. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, or until the bottom of each cookie is golden-brown.

Sweet Potato and Sage Biscuits

Perhaps a less utilized autumnal flavor is sweet potato, which tastes particularly delicious in these aromatic biscuits that act as the perfect breakfast or side to a dinner.  The sage helps elevate them into gourmet status, while the delta 8 is infused into every bite.

Ingredients:

  • 2 cups of flour
  • 4 tsp sugar
  • 3 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg
  • ¼ cup shortening, chilled to be cold
  • 3 droppers Binoid Delta 8 Tincture
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 1 sweet potato, peeled, cooked and mashed
  • 3 tbsp fresh sage, finely chopped

Preparation:

  1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees.
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Combine the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg in a large mixing bowl.
  4. Add the shortening into the bowl, along with the delta 8 oil.  Use your fingers to break up the shortening into smaller pieces until you end up with a sandy texture with the appearance of crumbs.
  5. In a smaller mixing bowl, combine the milk, delta 8 oil, sweet potato, and sage.
  6. Then, add this slowly to the other ingredients until the mixture just comes together.
  7. Roll out the dough until you have a sheet that’s ½ inch thick.  Then, use a biscuit cutter to cut out each individual biscuit.  Place every biscuit onto the baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until golden-brown.

Cranberry Sauce

Cranberry sauce is the perfect side dish on Thanksgiving, but we don’t have to eat it just once a year.  It goes with just about any protein and can even be a delicious addition to your morning oatmeal.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup white sugar
  • 1 cup water
  • 4 cups cranberries, fresh or frozen
  • Zest of 2 oranges

Preparation:

  1. Combine the sugar and water into a bowl.
  2. Bring to a boil to dissolve the sugar completely while stirring.
  3. Add the cranberries to the saucepan and allow them to cook on high until they burst open, as this will take about 10 minutes.
  4. Stir in the orange zest.
  5. Turn off the heat and refrigerate.
  6. After about 30 minutes, you can add the delta 8 oil to the dish.

Mulled Cider

Few fall beverages are cozier than freshly prepared mulled cider, with aromatic spices and a rich apple flavor that always quenches the thirst while warming the soul.

Ingredients:

  • ½ gallon non-alcoholic apple cider
  • 1 orange
  • 10 whole cloves
  • 12 allspice berries

  4. Allow the cider to cool for 2 minutes before stirring in the delta-8 oil.
  5. Divide into cups and garnish with a cinnamon stick.

Apple French Toast

For a fall-oriented breakfast on a lazy weekend morning, apple fresh toast is the perfect treat.  It’s decadent, and is also a classic that nobody can resist.  The warm apples and cinnamon give it that perfect autumn touch.

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples, peeled and sliced
  • ¾ cup dark brown sugar
  • 4 tbsp butter, unsalted
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 3 droppers Binoid Delta 8 Tincture
  • 8 slices white bread
  • 2 eggs, lightly beaten
  • ½ cup milk or half and half
  • 1/3 cup flour

Preparation:

  4. Turn off the heat and add the delta 8 oil.
  5. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and flour.
  6. Dunk one piece of bread into the mixture at a time, fully submerging it so it soaks in the mixture completely.
  7. Remove each slice of bread and shake it to get rid of excess liquid.
  8. Cook each slice of toast on a hot skillet, turning after about 2 minutes to ensure each side is browned.
  9. Then, top each slice with the apple mixture.
