THCH-O, or tetrahydrocannabihexol acetate, is the acetated form of THC-H – aka, THC-H with an acetate added to it to make it even more psychoactive.  THC-H, the precursor to THCH-O, was first isolated in 2020, by Italian cannabis researchers – in fact, the same cannabis researchers who first isolated THC-P in 2019.  What we know about the chemical structure of THC-H is that it has a 6 alkyl side chain, hence the “hexol” in the name.  THCH-O has a chemically enhanced side chain that likely makes it between 1.5 to 2 times as potent.

THCH-O’s Psychoactive Properties
